Website Support Chat

Embedded site chat: greets the visitor, collects the question and a contact for follow-up

★ TheQueue team · since July 2026

About this template

Website Support Chat is a ready-made scenario for your site. The widget greets a visitor, captures their question, and collects a contact so you or your specialist can reply — even when no one is online.

The flow is linear and clear: greeting, question, name, and contact. Every answer is saved into a variable, so you instantly see who wrote and about what. Texts and step order are easy to change in the visual editor — no code required.

It is a convenient starting point: install the template, tune the greeting for your product, and optionally add forwarding of the request into your system.

3
Step_03
Introduction
It asks how to address the visitor.
4
Step_04
Contact
