WhatsApp Integration

TheQueue supports WhatsApp connectivity through the WMB (WhatsApp Message Bridge) microservice. This allows you to automate customer communication via WhatsApp.

Setup

  1. Open your project settings
  2. Go to the integrations section
  3. Select WhatsApp
  4. Follow the QR code authorization instructions

Available Data

When a WhatsApp message is received, variables with sender data and message text are available, similar to the Telegram integration.
