WhatsApp Integration
TheQueue supports WhatsApp connectivity through the WMB (WhatsApp Message Bridge) microservice. This allows you to automate customer communication via WhatsApp.
Setup
- Open your project settings
- Go to the integrations section
- Select WhatsApp
- Follow the QR code authorization instructions

Available Data
When a WhatsApp message is received, variables with sender data and message text are available, similar to the Telegram integration.
