About this template

Telegram Client Booking is a ready-made scenario for taking booking requests. The bot asks step by step for the name, service, a convenient date and time, and then the phone number, and confirms the booking to the client.

Every answer is saved into a variable, so you keep the full request: who booked, for what and when, and which number to reach them at. The order of questions and the texts are easy to tailor to your field — from a beauty salon to a car service.
